How long are your discount codes valid for?

How can I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing the tracking information. We will also send you regular updates on the status of your order via email, WhatsApp or SMS.

Do I need to pay shipping/delivery charges?

Moreg Libellou offers free delivery on prepaid as well as COD orders above Rs 1250. However, COD handling fee will be applied of the case of Cash on Delivery order.

In case I change my mind about the watch design I picked up, can I exchange the watch?

Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement. Please refer to the Return Policy for details.

Please note that returns/replacements are not applicable for International Orders. Although there are few exceptions. To know further about it kindly refer to the International Order section of Return Policy

The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. Please refer to the Return policy for details.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, call on +91 82005 35742with your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and answer any questions.

Is there a warranty on Moreg Libellou watches?

Yes, we offer a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty on the movement of our watches. Additionally, you get 6 months of extended warranty if you register your product. Our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. You can review our warranty policy. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I get my Moreg Libellou Watch repaired if it is not under warranty?

Yes, after the expiry of the warranty period, Moreg Libellou service centers will be available to repair and maintain your watch against a reasonable charge.

What are the payment options available on Moreg Libellou website?

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and COD (cash on delivery).

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, we offer a refund for cancelled orders. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during checkout.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?

Cash on Delivery is a payment option where you can pay for your product in cash at the time of delivery, without any advance payment.

How will I receive my refund if I have purchased using COD?

Once your product is received at our warehouse, we will share a refund link with you. You can use this link to provide your bank/UPI/card details for processing the refund. If you made a prepaid order, the refund will be directly settled to your original payment mode. Please note that the entire refund process typically takes 10-15 days.
